This page explains what data Fitty collects, why, how we use it, and your rights.

TL;DR

Your photos stay on your device and are only sent to our AI when you create a try-on.
We only collect what is needed to sign you in and generate your looks.
We never sell your data. We do not show ads.
You can clear your saved data or delete your account at any time.

What we collect

Your account

Email address (from Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google)
Authentication tokens from the identity provider
Subscription status and remaining credits
Device push token (only if you enable notifications)

Photos you add

Model photos — the full-body photo you add as your base
Garment photos — the clothing, swimwear or accessory items you upload
Generated try-on images (your “looks”)

Generated by your use of the app

Credits used and try-ons generated
Basic, anonymous crash diagnostics

We do not collect: precise location, contacts, browsing history, or advertising identifiers.

Where data is stored

Your account and saved looks are stored on servers located in the European Union. Storage is encrypted at rest and access is restricted so you can only see your own account's data. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

We use a small number of reputable third-party processors to deliver the service. They are bound by data-processing agreements, process data only on our instructions, and do not use your data for advertising or model training. We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketers. We do not sell data.

Your photos and AI generation

Your model and garment photos stay on your device until you tap to create a try-on. At that moment they are sent to our AI image-generation provider for the sole purpose of rendering the requested look.

The provider processes this data under a data-processing agreement and does not use it to train general-purpose models. No photos are sold. You can remove your saved looks at any time with Clear saved data, or remove everything by deleting your account.

Your rights

Access

All data we hold about you — email us.

Correct

Any inaccurate account detail — update it inside the app.

Delete

Your account and all data — Profile → Delete Account, or email us.

Clear looks

Your saved try-ons — Profile → Clear saved data.

Withdraw consent

Any optional processing — e.g. push notifications.

Data deletion is permanent and takes effect within 7 days. Billing records required by applicable law may be retained for up to 7 years in compliance with tax regulations.

Cookies and tracking

The app does not use cookies and does not contain any third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Crash reporting is anonymous (no email, no user identifier).

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we will notify you by email and require you to accept the new policy on next app launch. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
