Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Fitty app and this website (together, "Fitty"). By creating an account or using Fitty, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Fitty.

Fitty is a virtual try-on and styling tool. You add a photo of yourself and photos of clothing items, and Fitty uses AI to generate a preview of how those pieces might look together on you. It is designed to help you explore styles, colours and combinations — a visual guide to help you decide what you like.

Fitty produces an AI preview, not a measurement. It does not know your body measurements and does not account for a garment's real size, cut, fabric, stretch or construction. Because of this, a preview may show an item looking like it fits even when, in reality, it would not fit, drape, sit or be sized the same way on your body.

Use Fitty to judge style, colour and how pieces match — not to decide whether an item will physically fit you or which size to buy. Sizing and purchase decisions are your own. Always rely on the retailer's size guide, measurements and return policy before buying. Fitty does not guarantee that any item will look, fit, feel or be coloured in real life the way it appears in a preview.

Try-on images are generated automatically and are best-effort. They may contain inaccuracies, artefacts or differences in colour, texture, proportion and detail, and the same inputs can produce different results. Previews are illustrative only.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use every photo you add — including that you are the person shown, or have that person's consent — and that your photos do not infringe anyone's rights.

You grant Fitty a limited licence to process your photos solely to generate your try-ons and provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your photos or use them to train general-purpose AI models.

• Only upload photos you have the right to use, and only of adults.
• Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Do not use Fitty to create unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise harmful content, or to attempt to bypass the app's safety filters.
• Do not scrape, resell, reverse-engineer or abuse the service or its outputs.

Subscriptions and credits are sold through the Apple App Store and billed by Apple under its terms. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are consumed when you generate a try-on. Failed generations are not charged. Refunds and cancellations for App Store purchases are handled by Apple; we cannot process them ourselves. Prices and credit amounts may change over time.

Fitty is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that previews will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitty and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your reliance on a preview — including clothing that does not fit, items purchased or returned, or the cost of any goods. Our total liability for any claim relating to Fitty is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You may stop using Fitty and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Fitty after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country / region], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that location will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
