A try-on is taking a long time to generate — what should I do?
Most looks are ready in under a minute. If the screen is stuck for more than a few minutes, force-close the app and reopen it. Any generation already in progress will finish on the server and appear in My Looks when it’s ready — and a failed generation never costs you a credit.
The try-on doesn’t look quite like the garment.
Results are best when each piece is a clear, well-lit photo of just the item, cropped tight to the garment on a plain background — no text, price tags or busy backgrounds. Re-shoot the item that looks off and generate again.
My model photo keeps getting rejected.
Use a full-body photo where you are fully clothed, facing the camera, in even lighting. Swimwear, underwear or revealing base photos are rejected by the safety filter even if you plan to dress the model afterwards.
I subscribed but my credits didn’t update.
Apple’s confirmation can take from 30 seconds to a few minutes to reach our servers. Close and reopen the app — the credit count refreshes on the next launch. If it still hasn’t updated after 10 minutes, email us with your account email and the time of purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Fitty → Cancel Subscription. Apple handles all cancellations directly; we cannot cancel on your behalf.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled entirely by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and submit a request to Apple’s billing team. We are not able to process refunds ourselves.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Tap Profile → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently removes your account, saved looks and any uploaded photos within 7 days. You can also use Clear saved data to wipe your looks without deleting the account, or email us and we’ll do it for you.
What happens to my photos?
Your model and garment photos stay on your device and are only sent to our AI provider at the moment you create a try-on. They are not used for advertising or model training, and they are deleted when you delete your account.
